Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 business hours for the tracking information to update. 

Shipping Carriers:

• Small Packages: Most small packages are shipped via USPS, with some exceptions.
• Large Packages: All large packages are shipped via FedEx.

Shipping Speed:
We currently do not offer overnight shipping.

We ship to all addresses within the United States, except for the following locations where kratom is illegal or prohibited:

• States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin
• Cities: Denver, Colorado; San Diego, California; Jerseyville, Illinois
• Counties: Sarasota County, Florida; Union County, Mississippi

Please note that this list may not be exhaustive, and it is your responsibility to check the legality of kratom in your specific location before placing an order.

At Kratom Goat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused items.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unopened and unused: The item must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use.
• Original condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Timely: The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on the following items:

• Opened packages
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Package your item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging.
3. Ship your return: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

• Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria
