Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 business hours for the tracking information to update. 

Shipping Carriers:

• Small Packages: Most small packages are shipped via USPS, with some exceptions.
• Large Packages: All large packages are shipped via FedEx.

Shipping Speed:
We currently do not offer overnight shipping.

We ship to all addresses within the United States, except for the following locations where kratom is illegal or prohibited:

• Cities: Denver, Colorado; San Diego, California; Jerseyville, Illinois
• Counties: Sarasota County, Florida; Union County, Mississippi
