Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused: The item must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use.
  • Original condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Timely: The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened packages
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
